The 0-0 left a pretty clear picture: Barracas Central created more and took more shots, but couldn't turn it into goals. Tigre had just 0.3 in chances and barely threatened in a tight, low-precision contest.
El Tiburón still can’t find answers and, after failing to beat Argentinos, is increasingly threatened by relegation. The run is now putting it within range of one of the worst winless streaks in Argentine football.
The forward has already worked under Guillermo Barros Schelotto, and his presence in the Copa Argentina is beginning to gain traction. Meanwhile, the Fortín is fine-tuning details with a demanding week of competition ahead.
Independiente had more of the ball, but Gimnasia M. struck at the key moments and came away with a 3-0 win built on outstanding efficiency. The contrast between what each side produced painted a pretty clear picture of the match.
