How it works
Leagues A, B and C of 16 and a six-team League D (two groups of three). The top two in each League A group played two-legged quarter-finals in March 2025, and the four winners the Finals in Germany in June. The winners of Leagues B, C and D were promoted; the bottom teams of A and B and the two worst in League C were relegated. The third-placed teams in A and B played off against the runners-up of B and C, and League C's two best fourth-placed teams against League D's runners-up, in March 2026.
When teams are level on points, the results between them decide first (points, goal difference and goals in those matches), and only then the overall goal difference.
